Air tightness at the park is around or below 3.00 m3/ h m2   which produces saving on heating of up to 12%.  Up to 50% more natural day light compared to competitors. Strip of windows along entire front facade of our buildings minimizing the need of artificial lighting. Clerestory windows and roof light design result in 30% daylight increase in industrial space. Solar panels for the heating of hot water system.
